Refund policy

At SEASSONS, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We take quality seriously, but in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, you can request a replacement or refund.

📌 Conditions for Claiming a Replacement or Refund:
✔ Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Provide unboxing videos and clear images of:

The defective product.
The original packaging and courier cover.
✔ If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

🚫 Note: If there is no unboxing video and we cannot verify the issue, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

2. Exchanges & Returns for Wrong Size Orders
If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange a product without any defects, you can place a new order at your own expense. Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 working days.

📌 Sizing Issues:
✔ To verify size discrepancies, send product images with measurements for review.
✔ Make sure to check our size guide before placing an order.

3. Items Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund once the shipping provider confirms the lost status.

Important Notes
📌 If the package is damaged while opening with sharp objects (scissors, blades, etc.), we will not be able to offer a replacement. Please unbox carefully and record a video while opening your package.

📌Return will initiated on sucessfully verifying the condition within 7 working days.

📌 Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days
